<title>Get your MS Money stock quotes with SunsetOFX, no Python scripting required</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com</link>
<comments>Did you get left in the cold with the January 2011 sunsetting of Microsoft Money, but still use it and get your investment price updates via Python scripts, manual entry or some other method? If so you may have noticed last week Yahoo's quote system caused some problems with those methods. The issue gave birth to Syntap Software's latest effort, SunsetOFX. A beta version is available via the linked blog post. This builds on methods others have developed for keeping our beloved finance tool useful, so make sure you read over the linked discussions there. I will try to build some instructions from scratch when time allows on how to get MS Money Deluxe Sunset Edition primed to work with SunsetOFX's quote-gathering but the linked articles and blog posts tell you what to do.</comments>

			<title>New version of BabySplat</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com</link>
<comments>A new version of BabySplat is now available in the Downloads area. I had requests for a couple of extra features, and rather than do that in years-old development tools I have rewritten it using modern tools. You can now save the resulting image, as well as toggle the sounds to be random or set to different keys.</comments>

			<title>Time Stamp 3.23 is now available</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com</link>
<comments>Time Stamp 3.23 is now available. This version resolves some interface quirks that can occur after a recalculation and corrects an issue with large dollar amounts diplaying incorrectly. For some currencies, total work cost and such would begin to display in scientific notation after a certain amount. It is released under the GNU General Public License, and the source code is included in the distribution in the "src" directory in your Time Stamp installation.

Time Stamp is donationware, so please donate whatever you think Time Stamp is worth to you so that it can be made available to others. Donations pay for this web site so that others can download this popular free tool.</comments>

<title>Time Stamp 3.21 will be back Oct 1</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com</link>
<comments>Time Stamp will again be available on October 1. The popularity of the new release has been great, however the downloads have outstripped the bandwidth made possible by the donations received this month. Thanks to those who donated something or bought the CD, and it is my hope that donations will allow for Time Stamp to be available through the entire month of October.</comments>

			<title>Development Tool Upgrade Assistance</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com</link>
<comments>If there are any development shops or companies out there who would like to make an extra generous contribution to the development and support of Time Stamp, you can help. Time Stamp is currently developed using a dated development tool, making it difficult for others to contribute enhanced code for it. Borland recently released its Turbo line of products, and moving Time Stamp to Turbo Delphi Professional would open up its source code for others to modify in a much easier way. If your organization would like to contribute a copy of Turbo Delphi Professional, please contact me. In exchange, I will place your company's logo (or a logo of your choice, charitable organization or whatever) in the About box of the application, as well as have it appear the installation routine.</comments>

			<title>Time Stamp 3.20 available</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com</link>
<comments>This new version contains new features such as rounded timings and easier ways to link tasks times (i.e. make the start time of a task equal the end time of the one above it). All bug reports are welcome, please post them in the Syntap Software Forum. This is a fresh release and there are bound to be minor corrections, so stop back soon.</comments>

			<title>BabySplat Released</title>
			<link>http://syntap.com/products_babysplat.htm</link>
<comments>A new application is available for the parents of young children out there... BabySplat. It lets kids bang away on the keyboard while you are away from the computer. As keys are pressed, shapes and sounds appear on the screen which will (hopefully) safeguard other work you are doing on the computer, or at least distract them long enough for you to grab them away. This program was inspired by Justin R. Cohen's BabySmash, written years ago for the Mac.</comments>

			<title>Forum added</title>
			<link>http://www.syntap.com/timestampforum</link>
<comments>I have added a Forum to the site for anyone wishing to post questions or comments about Time Stamp or any other product available on Syntap.com. You can get to it via the Forum link at the top of most pages in the site. For now it doesn't require registration to post, and I won't add that burden unless the level of moderation effort necessitates it.</comments>
