Here is an updated beta... it has a new Recalculate All Tasks command in the Tools menu, which also can be run by hitting F8.

If you want to try it out, do the following:

1) In the directory where you installed Time Stamp (probably Program Files\Time Stamp), rename timestamp.exe to timestamp.bak

2) Download the latest Time Stamp beta from here:

http://www.syntap.com/downloads/tsbeta.zip

3) Extract timestamp.exe from the Zip file and put it in the directory where you installed Time Stamp.

4) Run as usual. System version should show "3.13.2004-0504 Beta".
